Due to the one time use nature of our products, standard practice within the Costume Industry has always been No Returns or Exchanges.
There are No Returns or Exchanges on Costumes, Hats, Wigs, Masks, Make-up, props or Costume Accessories. All items are thoroughly checked prior to shipping. If an item is damaged or destroyed in shipping, please contact us or the carrier immediately upon inspection.
To exchange a damaged or destroyed item in shipping, you must email within same day of receiving your merchandise to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number and exchange instructions. www.lolitacharm.com is not responsible for shipping charges on exchanged or returned items.
Once Authorization is given, your package must be post-marked within 1 week of the return authorization date. Items being returned MUST be in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging.
Remark: For all free shipping item, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund for return.

Here are the steps YOU MUST complete in order to process a return / exchange :
1. Contact us at email@example.com.
2. We will email you a "Return form" which you must completely fill out and re-send.
* You must COMPLETELY fill out everything for your request to be processed.
3. We will resend your "Return Form" with a confirmation number on the page.
4. Print the email that contains the confirmation number, put in your packaged and ship.

Note: "Return forms" that does not contain the confirmation number WILL NOT be processed and will be returned back to you at your own shipping cost.
This rule applies to everyone and will be STRICTLY reinforced meaning there are NO EXCEPTIONS.
Any Items returned to us without prior authorization (or parcels that are refused) will be shipped back to you at your expense, so please make sure to get a return authorization before sending anything back to us. Thank you very much!
